Karen facilitated a 6-month programme, 2 days per month with 12 HoD’s at Galgorm. Prior to starting the programme, she took the time to understand the hotel operation and spoke with some of the key executive team to understand what the learning outcomes needed to be in order for the programme to impactful to us.
